Role & responsibilities

Digital Sales / Business Development Interns

B2B sales, HR consulting, or the insurance ecosystem

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition (Digital)

  • Identify and approach

    Insurance Brokers, Corporate Agents, and Intermediaries

    across India.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via:
    • Phone calls
    • Emails
    • WhatsApp
    • LinkedIn messages
  • Explain RBG HR Services LLP offerings related to

    recruitment and HR support

    .

Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Generate leads from online platforms, databases, and referrals.
  • Qualify prospects based on size, hiring needs, and decision-making authority.
  • Maintain accurate lead data in trackers / CRM sheets.

Sales Support & Follow-ups

  • Schedule introductory calls or meetings with senior team members.
  • Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Share proposals, service decks, and basic commercials as guided.

Market Research

  • Research insurance broker landscape and hiring trends.
  • Identify new client segments and outreach opportunities.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in speaking to business owners / senior professionals.
  • Basic understanding or interest in:
    • Sales
    • HR services
    • Insurance / BFSI industry
  • Comfortable using:
    • Phone
    • Email
    • WhatsApp
    • LinkedIn
    • Excel / Google Sheets

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduates / Final-year students / Freshers welcome.
  • MBA (HR / Marketing), BBA, B.Com, or any graduate preferred.
  • Prior internship or sales exposure is an advantage but

    not mandatory
