Job Description

Experience in governance cadences, including QBRs, MBRs, and transformation roadmaps
Comprehensive understanding of SLA frameworks and proven ability to manage escalations
Hands-on experience in technology-driven and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, including at least one transformation project delivering measurable business value
Ability to track and analyze KPIs, provide actionable insights, and drive informed decision-making
Must have skills: Graduate / Post Graduate and APICS Certified with 20-22 years of experience in Supply Chain Management with BPM experience, managing global clients Experience of different industry segments is an added advantage
Strong domain knowledge in Q2C, Logistics Planning, and GTM
