Role & responsibilities Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Q2C (Quote-to-Cash) Techno-Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience to join our offshore delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud applications with a strong focus on Q2C modules. This role requires a blend of technical and functional expertise to support and enhance Oracle implementations, customizations, and integrations. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements related to the Q2C cycle and translate them into Oracle solutions. Provide techno-functional support for Oracle modules such as: Oracle Order Management (OM) Advanced Pricing Accounts Receivable (AR) Inventory (INV) Shipping Execution iStore / iReceivables (optional but preferred) Develop and maintain customizations, reports (BI Publisher, XML, OTBI), interfaces (using PL/SQL, APIs), and data conversions. Collaborate with onshore business and technical teams to deliver enhancements and troubleshoot issues. Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, including MD050, MD070, and CV040. Perform unit testing and support UAT. Support month-end and quarter-end activities related to Q2C processes. Ensure adherence to SLAs and best practices in Oracle support and development. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud ERP in a techno-functional role. Strong understanding of Q2C business processes and Oracle modules mentioned. Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and APIs. Experience with tools such as TOAD/SQL Developer, Workflow Builder, BI Publisher. Strong debugging and issue resolution skills in both functional and technical areas. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Sales Supt Mgmt Analyst IThis family generally performs back-office functions and is typically a non-customer facing role responsible for performing general and specific tasks related to the effective execution and support of the end to end sales cycle processes. This may include capture, entry and organization of customer information, updating sales opportunity data, maintaining records and documentation, researching information, compiling data for reports, assisting with analysis, and coordinating work via pre-defined processes. Ensures that both transactional and aggregated data are timely, accurate, organized and accessible. Develops specific and ad-hoc reports to track key performance indicators, sales productivity, and /or business goal attainment. Ensures recorded transactions and customer information is appropriately secure and that data retrieval and reporting capabilities meet the needs of internal sales, operational support, delivery and audit teams and in accordance with local legal compliance and HP policy requirements. Responsibilities Manage and Lead ICERTIS product implementations for enterprise customers, taking complete ownership of project planning, execution, financials and customer relationship. Contribute towards building and fostering internal consulting capability within Professional Services group. Manage a team of Senior Functional Consultants engaged in ICERTIS product implementations across multiple engagements. Conceptualize and formulate best of breed solutions in close collaboration with business that effectively address key implementation objectives within the bounds of scope, schedule and effort. Drive system configuration and deployment activities across multiple engagements. Contribute to ICERTIS product roadmap through active feedback from customers and implementation experience. Qualifications Looking for candidates with 8 - 11 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in implementing Contract Management/Supply Chain applications is highly preferred. Experience in at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations in a project manager/project lead capacity. Quick and innovative thinking with the acumen to correctly interpret trends/patterns from available data and formulate effective strategies/actions in achieving set objectives. An engineering degree with an MBA in a related field is preferred. Candidate must possess an engineering degree from a reputed institute. Having an MBA in a related field will be a distinct advantage. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with client counterparts.
