Job description Location: Pan India (Relocation Required) Industry: Wastewater Treatment ETP/STP Employment Type: Full-time | On-site Only Job Summary: We are hiring Sales and Marketing / Business Development Managers across multiple locations in India . This is a full-time, on-site role (not work-from-home). The selected candidates must be willing to relocate based on business requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial B2B sales and a strong interest in promoting environmentally sustainable solutions like wastewater treatment systems . Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development Identify potential industrial clients and drive B2B sales across assigned territories. Build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers. Conduct site visits, product demos, and technical presentations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals. Marketing & Outreach Execute region-specific marketing strategies to drive brand visibility. Collaborate with the digital marketing team for lead nurturing campaigns via email, LinkedIn, etc. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to generate leads. Gather market intelligence and competitor activity updates for strategic planning. Coordination & Reporting Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on business development performance and forecasting. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field. Minimum 37 years of experience in B2B sales, industrial marketing, or business development. Previous experience in environmental solutions , wastewater treatment , engineering products , or industrial equipment sales is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Must be willing to relocate to any location in India as per the companys operational needs. Preferred Skills: Understanding of wastewater treatment systems and compliance norms. Ability to interpret technical documentation and project requirements. Language fluency in regional languages is a plus.
