Sales and Marketing Assistant

• Generate leads through research, outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn), and networking
• Prepare and present customized proposals, decks, and documentation
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners and clients
• Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Support tender applications and grant proposals, if required
• Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities with existing clients
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi preferred)
• Respond to incoming client inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp
• Share product details, quotations, and company brochures
• Follow up with potential leads and help close deals
• Prepare and send invoices and payment follow-up reminders to clients
• Maintain and update client data, payment records, and sales tracking sheets
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, accounts) for smooth order execution
• Generate basic reports on leads, conversions, and payment status
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients for repeat business
• Assist the sales/account manager in day-to-day office operations

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
