Manager – Government Projects & Tendering

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Government Business Manager to lead and manage government sales through GEM Portal and other e-Procurement platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in tender bidding, L1 creation, product listings, and full-cycle tender management.

• Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end management of Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal operations
• Product listing, catalog management, and compliance with GEM policies
• Identifying relevant tenders/RFPs/RFQs and preparing competitive bids
• Drafting and submission of technical and financial bids, ensuring alignment with eligibility criteria
• Creating comparative L1 sheets and pricing strategies for bidding
• Coordination with internal teams (sales, finance, logistics) for tender documentation and execution
• Regular follow-up on bid status, clarification requests, and order conversion
• Relationship management with government procurement officials and departments
• Staying updated with latest changes and guidelines on GEM and government procurement norms
• Ensuring timely order fulfillment and documentation post order confirmation
• Maintain and generate reports on tender wins, losses, and pipeline

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
