Service/Installation Engineer

• We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Installation Engineer for our IFPD products, who can handle onsite installations, provide product demonstrations, conduct end-user training, and resolve basic service issues.
• Travel to client sites for the installation and configuration of IFPDs (55”, 65”, 75”, 86” and larger).
• Ensure proper mounting, cabling, power management, and connectivity (HDMI, USB, LAN, Wi-Fi).
• Provide onsite product walkthroughs and demos to end-users (teachers, IT heads, school staff, etc.).
• Explain key features such as whiteboard tools, screen sharing, wireless casting, OS features (Android/Windows), and third-party software compatibility.
• Answer product-related questions in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
• Conduct basic training sessions for users on how to operate the IFPD, troubleshoot minor issues, and use installed software/apps.
• Provide training materials (manuals, quick start guides) as required.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot common IFPD issues related to software, hardware, connectivity, and display quality.
• Coordinate with the service team or OEM for complex issues or replacements.
• Maintain installation and service logs for internal tracking and client records.
• Maintain detailed installation reports, including client feedback, site photos, serial numbers, and user sign-offs.
• Update service CRM or ticketing system with job completion details and follow-up requirements.
• Report any repeated issues or technical feedback to the R&D or support team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
