Role Purpose

To lead the business development efforts for the liaison services vertical, build and nurture relationships with builders, promoters, and individual customers, and generate revenue through strategic sales initiatives, networking, and client conversions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development

Identify and approach potential clients including promoters, builders, and individual customers who require real estate liaison services (e.g., approvals, clearances, NOCs, legal documentation).

Generate and manage a qualified pipeline of leads through direct sales, referrals, events, and cold outreach.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Networking & Relationship Management

Actively network with industry forums, real estate bodies, chambers of commerce, construction associations, etc., to build brand visibility and generate leads.

Represent the company at expos, seminars, networking events to drive service awareness.

Sales Conversion & Revenue Targeting

Prepare and present service proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.Track and achieve sales targets, reporting performance to senior management.

Client Servicing & Retention

Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure smooth handholding during service execution by the operations team.

Collaborate with internal teams (legal, operations, liaison officers) to deliver quality service experience.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

Understand client pain points, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to refine sales strategy.

Provide feedback for new service bundling or pricing models based on client needs.

Qualifications Required

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales in real estate, approvals, legal services, or consulting domain.

Prior experience working with builders, promoters, or government liaison functions is a strong advantage.

Should have a strong network in the real estate and construction ecosystem.

Competencies & Skills Required

Sales & Negotiation

Strong ability to pitch complex liaison services with clarity and confidence.

Skilled in consultative selling, proposal drafting, and closing deals.

Relationship Building

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with a range of stakeholders (clients, forums, industry influencers).

Industry Networking

Actively connected or capable of establishing presence in real estate developer circles, CREDAI, BAI, and relevant forums.

Strategic Thinking

Ability to identify long-term business opportunities and develop client acquisition strategies accordingly.

Target Orientation

Strong focus on meeting revenue goals and delivering measurable sales outcomes.

Communication & Presentation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language (Tamil preferred).

Comfortable in preparing presentations, pitch decks, and sales reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
