Sales and Business Development Manager (EMEA region)


Operating across EMEA time zones, you will ensure seamless collaboration between the Global Sales Team and regional sales teams, optimizing workflows and driving consistent revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities:


Build and Scale a High-Performance Global Sales Team

  • Recruit, coach, and develop a world-class sales organization focused on end-to-end execution and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Drive sales performance management by tracking and achieving key metrics, including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, closed-won deals, and revenue attainment.

Own and Optimize the Full Sales Cycle

  • Design and implement best-in-class sales processes to maximize conversion rates and accelerate deal closures.
  • Empower the team to effectively negotiate, close, and onboard SME clients, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Establish clear communication channels and collaboration frameworks between the Global Sales Team and regional counterparts to ensure strategic alignment.

Sales Enablement and Quality Management

  • Develop and continuously refine sales playbooks, negotiation frameworks, and closing strategies tailored to the ANZ market.
  • Deliver structured training programs on contract negotiation, objection handling, and deal-closing techniques.
  • Implement robust quality control measures, including call reviews, win-loss analyses, and structured feedback loops to improve performance and consistency.

Drive International Sales Success and Global Alignment

  • Champion global sales excellence by fostering collaboration, sharing best practices, and ensuring alignment across international markets to achieve consistent growth and operational synergy.
