Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for freight forwarding services. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor insights that will shape our sales strategies. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, detailing performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement. Collaboration: Partner with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while aligning with client needs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in freight forwarding sales, preferably in a sales management role. Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and freight forwarding processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
