ROLE SUMMARY

The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital solutions including Data & AI, PLM, CX, and Aftersales, along with a bachelors or masters degree in marketing.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Understand client needs, goals, and challenges to develop effective digital strategies.
  • Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates on performance, progress, and new opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and address client concerns, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Digital Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Propose and implement innovative digital solutions to meet client needs.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Regularly report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the return on investment (ROI) of digital efforts.
  • Use data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

Budget Management:

  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring that campaigns stay within allocated resources.
  • Propose and justify budget requests, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.

KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • A degree in marketing
