As a Sales Account Executive at Zerocircle, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our innovative materials within the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) and paper packaging sectors. This position offers a unique opportunity for growth as you become an integral part of a startup with a clear mission, collaborating closely with senior leadership to engage with prominent foodservice brands, packaging suppliers, and converting partners. Your responsibilities will include identifying, evaluating, and converting leads within the HoReCa and paper packaging industry, managing product sampling, pilot trials, and client onboarding processes, facilitating pricing discussions, order tracking, and post-sales assistance, establishing and nurturing strong client relationships, as well as aligning with internal teams such as Research and Development, operations, and marketing to meet client needs effectively. Additionally, you will participate in packaging trials, exhibitions, and client meetings when required. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the HoReCa, packaging, or sustainable materials sector. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to work. The role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is either based in Pune or open to relocation. A genuine passion for sustainability and a desire to create a meaningful impact are highly valued. While not mandatory, experience in lead generation, account management, exceptional customer service, and negotiation skills are considered advantageous. Demonstrated sales performance in previous positions will be a plus.
