Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at MINI Gallops Autohaus in Nagpur. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales , develop and implement effective sales strategies, and ensure achievement of sales targets. They will also build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, identify market opportunities, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.


Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales, leadership, and team management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic planning and market analysis abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the automotive industry will be considered an advantage
