Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at MINI Gallops Autohaus Surat Location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, maintaining relationships with clients. Additional day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing sales data, preparing sales reports, and identifying new business opportunities. Ensuring customer satisfaction and working closely with the marketing team to align sales and promotional activities will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, market research, and data analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer relationship management and customer service expertise
  • Ability to set and achieve sales targets while motivating the team
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
