Sales Manager - Auto Spare Parts Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. You would have Experience selling directly to workshops and Knowledge of Automotive Aftermarket Spare Parts. The ideal candidate should be Process-driven, Disciplined, and Punctual. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base. - Work closely with the team to close deals and meet sales quotas. - You will be required to travel around Delhi and to other parts of the country. Key Account Management: - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. - Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. - Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients. Reporting and Forecasting: - Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline updates and revenue forecasts. - Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans. ## Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, a must. - Proven experience as a Sales Leader in the auto spare parts industry. - Strong leadership skills and ability to drive results. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. ## Attributes: - Process-Driven: You thrive on structure and efficiency, ensuring that sales processes are well-defined and followed. - Disciplined: You maintain a high level of professionalism, meeting deadlines and adhering to company policies. - Punctual: You understand the value of time and consistently show up prepared and on time.
