Safety Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s safety management system, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits to identify hazards and corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports with preventive and corrective measures.
• Deliver safety training programs, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics (KPI, LTIR, near misses) and submit regular reports to management.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices across all operations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and supervisors to integrate safety into daily activities.
• Establish emergency preparedness and response plans including fire drills, evacuation procedures, and first aid.
• Liaise with government agencies, auditors, and external stakeholders regarding safety compliance.
• Promote a strong safety culture by encouraging employee participation and reporting of unsafe conditions.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
