Responsibilities-:Coordinate of work permit compliance of Hot Work, Vessel Entry Permit, Height Work Permit, and Construction Works. ➢ To inspect critical Equipment. ➢ Update all safety documents as per statutory requirements. ➢ Coordinate Safety Committee meetings. ➢ Accident investigation and reporting. ➢ Ensure periodical medical checkup of the employees in coordination with company medical officer & third party agency. ➢ Ensure effective maintaining of firefighting and other safety appliances, calibration of all personal gas monitors. ➢ Carry out periodic inspection of the site to identify the unsafe conditions/practices and report the same to concerned functions for corrective actions. ➢ Give training on safety induction, safety related issue and basic firefighting to company employees, contract and non-contract employees. ➢ Attending Mock drill as part of pre-incident planning and also attend major emergency mock drill on onside and offside. ➢ Monthly inspection of Reactor, centrifuges, MLR Tank, Day Tank, U/G Tanks etc. ➢ Maintaining document for ISO 14001/45001 and Monitoring of EHS objective & Target. ➢ Internal Safety Audit ➢ Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, JSA, Safety Inspection etc. ➢ Coordinate for external safety audit, risk assessment to identify areas of improvement and compliance of recommendation of safety audit in consultation with management. ➢ Support the manager and team with planning, coordination and implementation of effective EHS Policies guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objective is met.
