Safety Executive

As a Safety Executive at Infinium Developers, a startup in the Real Estate industry based in Coimbatore, your role involves ensuring safety management and compliance on site. You will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving workplace safety systems, conducting audits and inspections, and identifying hazards to maintain compliance with safety standards. Your key responsibilities include: - Ensuring all site activities adhere to safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements. - Conducting risk assessments, investigating incidents, and recommending preventive measures to minimize potential hazards. - Organizing safety induction programs, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions to instill a safety-first culture. - Maintaining safety-related records, preparing safety performance reports, and supporting audit preparations. - Coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and local authorities to ensure safe work practices at every stage. To be successful in this role, you should have 3 to 5 years of experience in construction site safety management and hold a recognized Safety Certification. Additionally, a strong understanding of safety regulations, risk management, and excellent communication skills are required. Experience in Real Estate projects is preferred but not mandatory.
