Safety Executive

As an Executive Safety at our company, your role will involve ensuring compliance of all staff on site with the approved site safety manual. You will be responsible for confirming, issuing, and recording safety documents, as well as ensuring that all equipment being used is duly certified with current certificates. It will be your duty to ensure that employees working or visiting your area of responsibility adhere to the approved site safety manual. In case of any breaches of approved safety procedures, you are expected to report them to the Project Manager. Additionally, you will be required to prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety, correct unsafe acts or conditions through regular line of authority, and evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance of all staff on site with the approved site safety manual - Confirm, issue, and record safety documents - Ensure all equipment used is duly certified with current certificates - Ensure employees adhere to approved site safety manual - Report any breaches of approved safety procedures to the Project Manager - Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety - Correct unsafe acts or conditions through regular line of authority - Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law Qualifications Required: - Graduate with Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) from MSBTE Board - 2 to 6 years of experience in Safety in Elevator or Construction industry The job type for this position is full-time, and the work schedule is during the day shift.
