Role Summary

define GTM direction, improve demand quality, scale international sales


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Leadership

complete SaaS sales lifecycle

monthly and quarterly revenue targets

strategic and enterprise-level deals

  • Maintain 

    strong CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline visibility

    .


Team Leadership & Execution

sales team of 10+ members

targets, processes, follow-ups, and accountability standards

  • Ensure consistent 

    demo quality, follow-through, and closure execution

    .
  • Hire, train, and performance-manage the sales team.


Marketing Ownership (Integrated with Sales)

marketing outcomes

pipeline growth, demo bookings, and conversions

demand generation, outbound support, content direction, and campaign priorities

  • Align messaging, creatives, and landing pages with 

    real sales conversations and objections

    .


Go-To-Market & Market Expansion

GTM plans for new geographies and segments

account-based and outbound motions

  • Improve market positioning through 

    consistent messaging and sales narratives

    .


Founder & Product Collaboration

  • Share structured customer and sales feedback with founders and product teams.
  • Highlight recurring objections, lost-deal reasons, and market needs.
  • Support product prioritisation using real market signals.


Requirements

10+ years of experience

scaling sales teams (10+ members)

international / overseas SaaS sales

enterprise deal-closing and negotiation skills

sales and marketing together

execution-focused

  • Experience in 

    eCommerce, marketplaces, or B2B SaaS

     is a plus.
