Reports to: Head of Product / Product Manager

GeniusMesh is a fast-growing SaaS company transforming how executive networking, talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning works. We operate in multiple markets and are on a mission to expand our global footprint while delivering unmatched value to our customers.

We’re looking for a SaaS Product Designer who can move fast, think strategically, and design for scale. In this role, you’ll own key parts of the product design process — from research and rapid prototyping to crafting polished, production-ready experiences. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, marketing and customer-facing teams to build a product that’s simple to use, visually compelling, and loved by our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

● Drive the end-to-end design process for core features, balancing speed with long-term usability.

● Collaborate with product managers to translate user needs and business goals into design requirements.

● Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma (or similar).

● Conduct lightweight user research and testing to validate design decisions.

● Design for scalable SaaS workflows, including dashboards, reporting, and complex user journeys.

● Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency across the platform.

● Partner with engineers for smooth handoff and pixel-perfect implementation.

● Leverage product analytics and customer feedback to iterate on designs post-launch.

● Update website designs and perform A/B testing with different designs and messaging.

● Work with the product manager and marketing to create impactful marketing designs.

Requirements:

● 3–5 years of product design experience, with at least 1-2 years in SaaS or web applications preferred

● Portfolio showing data-rich, workflow-heavy product designs.

● Strong portfolio that demonstrates your UX and UI design skills across responsive web and/or mobile products.

● Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

● Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.

● Experience working in an agile environment with rapid release cycles.

● Excellent communication skills — able to clearly present and justify design choices.

● Bonus: familiarity with front-end code (HTML/CSS/React) for better dev collaboration.

● Strong communication and storytelling skills are essential for presenting your ideas and decisions effectively

● Degree in design with relevant experience is preferred
