Responsibilities Manage and maintain IBM Sterling File Gateway ensuring seamless file transfers and system reliability. Oversee the configuration and administration of IBM Sterling Cleo Harmony and GoAnywhere MFT to support business processes. Implement and monitor TCP/IP FTPS and SFTP protocols to ensure secure and efficient data transfer. Utilize Unix/Linux commands to perform system maintenance troubleshooting and performance tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate file transfer solutions with existing systems. Provide technical support and resolve issues related to file transfer systems and protocols. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures. Conduct regular system audits and implement security measures to protect sensitive data. Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and reliability. Lead efforts to automate routine tasks and streamline file transfer processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the Commercial Lending domain. Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support for critical systems and processes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in IBM Sterling File Gateway IBM Sterling Cleo Harmony and GoAnywhere MFT. Demonstrate expertise in TCP/IP FTPS and SFTP protocols for secure data transfer. Have proficiency in Unix/Linux commands for system administration and troubleshooting. Show domain knowledge in Commercial Lending understanding industry standards and regulatory requirements. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Display strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Have experience in documenting system configurations processes and procedures.
