  • Use creative and fun methods tailored to children to build confidence and stage presence, ensuring young models feel comfortable and empowered during shows and shoots.
  • Teach models how to walk in various outfits, including high heels (where age-appropriate), while emphasizing balance and poise for runway and shoot settings.

  • Preparation for Auditions, Shows, and Shoots

    :
  • Prepare junior models for castings, auditions, live performances, and photoshoots through structured online and offline sessions, ensuring readiness for kidswear brand campaigns and JFW events.
  • Provide guidance on facial expressions, body language, and runway/photo shoot etiquette to align with industry standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct mock auditions and rehearsals, both virtually and in-person, to simulate real-world casting and shooting scenarios, offering constructive feedback to enhance performance.

  • Collaboration with Stakeholders

    :
  • Work closely with JGC’s casting and business development teams to match junior models with opportunities from partner brands and production houses.
  • Liaise with parents or guardians to ensure clear communication about training schedules, event/shoot requirements, and model progress, accommodating both online and offline interactions.
  • Coordinate with event organizers, photographers, and creative directors to align training with the vision of fashion shows or photoshoots.

  • Confidence and Self-Esteem Building

    :
  • Foster a supportive environment through online and offline sessions that promotes self-love, confidence, and individuality among young models.
  • Incorporate activities that encourage personal growth and resilience, helping models handle the pressures of the fashion industry.
  • Provide mentorship to young talent, serving as a positive role model and advocate.

  • Compliance and Safety

    :
  • Ensure all training, event, and shoot activities comply with child labor laws, safety regulations, and JGC’s ethical standards, whether conducted online or offline.
  • Monitor the well-being of junior models during training sessions, shows, and shoots, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment in collaboration with parents and organizers.
  • Maintain confidentiality of model profiles, client details, and project information.

  • Event and Shoot Support and Choreography

    :
  • Assist in choreographing runway sequences for JFW and other kidswear events, ensuring smooth execution and professional presentation.
  • Provide on-site coaching during live events and shoots, offering real-time feedback to models to enhance their performance.
  • Support event and shoot logistics, such as coordinating model lineups and ensuring timely appearances.

  • Reporting and Documentation

    :
  • Maintain records of each model’s progress, including before-and-after videos from online and offline sessions, training notes, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide feedback to parents and JGC’s talent management team on model development and readiness for opportunities.
  • Prepare reports for management on training outcomes, event success, and shoot performance metrics.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Performing Arts, Education, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in coaching or child development are a plus.
  • Minimum of [1-3 years] of experience in runway coaching, modeling, or talent training, preferably with children or young talent.
  • Strong knowledge of runway techniques, fashion industry trends, and kidswear aesthetics for both live events and photoshoots.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with children, parents, and industry professionals in both online and offline settings.
  • Proficiency in virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) and in-person coaching techniques.
