Job Description

The Runway Coach for Kids at Juniors Group of Companies (JGC) specializes in training and mentoring young models aged 3-16 registered with JGC. Your role involves delivering online and offline training sessions to teach confident runway techniques, foster self-esteem, and prepare junior models for auditions, live performances, and photoshoots in a fun and age-appropriate manner. Collaborating with event organizers, brands, and parents is essential to ensure a positive and professional experience for young talent. Your responsibilities include designing and delivering engaging training sessions both online and offline to teach runway walking techniques, posture, pacing, and posing. You will use creative and fun methods tailored to children to build confidence and stage presence. Preparing junior models for auditions, shows, and shoots is crucial, providing guidance on expressions, body language, and etiquette aligned with industry standards. Collaboration with JGC's casting and business development teams is required to match junior models with opportunities from partner brands. Working closely with parents or guardians to communicate training schedules and progress is important. You will also coordinate with event organizers, photographers, and creative directors to align training with the vision of fashion shows or photoshoots. Building confidence and self-esteem among young models is a key aspect of your role. Creating a supportive environment that promotes self-love, confidence, and individuality is essential. Ensuring compliance with child labor laws, safety regulations, and ethical standards is mandatory during all activities. Monitoring the well-being of junior models and maintaining confidentiality are also part of your responsibilities. Assisting in choreographing runway sequences, providing on-site coaching during live events and shoots, and supporting event logistics are additional duties. Maintaining records of model progress, providing feedback to parents and management, and preparing reports on training outcomes are essential tasks. A Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Performing Arts, Education, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in coaching or child development are a plus. You should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in runway coaching, modeling, or talent training, preferably with children. Strong knowledge of runway techniques, fashion trends, and kidswear aesthetics, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, are required. Proficiency in virtual training platforms and in-person coaching techniques, as well as patience, empathy, and the ability to create a supportive environment for young models, are essential qualities for this role.,
