As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer, you will lead the development of high-quality, scalable web applications while ensuring robust backend architecture. • Collaborate closely with clients and project stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions using Ruby on Rails within agreed timelines.
• Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing and integration testing, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of deliverables.
• Maintain effective and proactive communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of growth and collaboration.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance development processes.
• Contribute to project documentation, including system designs, technical specifications, and test cases.
