What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a full-stack engineer who wants to build products that matter. You’ll design and ship features for our core learning platform and shape AI-driven tools that give real-time feedback, personalize lessons, and unlock confidence in learners worldwide.

The work you do here won’t sit quietly in a backlog, it will be live in classrooms and homes, helping kids grow into communicators who change the world.

Tech Stack Overview

• Ruby on Rails on the backend
• React (with some ERB views) on the frontend
• PostgreSQL and Redis for data and caching
• Sidekiq for background jobs
• AWS for infrastructure
• AI-driven personalization layered across the platform

How You’ll Grow

In your first six months, you’ll launch features that touch thousands of learners. You’ll play a role in shaping how our AI adapts to kids’ voices, stories, and ideas. And as we scale, you’ll have the chance to step up whether that means leading architecture, mentoring teammates, or diving deeper into product strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of full-stack experience with Ruby on Rails and React
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq, and AWS basics
• A mindset of ownership you want to see your work in the hands of real users
• Curiosity about AI and a drive to explore how it can transform learning
