Role Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement automated processes using UI Path. Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation. Create and maintain detailed documentation for developed processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements. Develop reusable components and libraries within UI Path for standardization. Conduct thorough testing to ensure accuracy and efficiency of automated solutions. Monitor automated processes and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Provide training and support to end-users for deployed solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning. Stay current with UI Path updates and new features to leverage in projects. Ensure compliance with quality and security standards in development. Assist in the deployment of RPA solutions across the organization. Review and optimize existing workflows for improved performance. Mentor junior developers in best practices and UI Path methodologies. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the RPA team. Qualifications Proven experience in UI Path development and RPA implementation. Strong understanding of automation frameworks and methodologies. Hands-on experience with SQL for data querying and integration. Experience in debugging and troubleshooting automated processes. Solid knowledge of programming languages, preferably Python. Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. UI Path certification is a plus. Experience with other RPA tools is an advantage. Knowledge of business process management and optimization. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
