RPA Support Specialist

Job Description

We are hiring for RPA Support Specialist with leading IT service and IT consulting industry!! Experience : 3+ Years Location : Mumbai 5 days working WFO Responsibilities: During night shifts (US hours), keep an eye on and maintain RPA processes to guarantee system performance and stability. Quickly address RPA-related concerns, debug difficulties, and put fixes in place to reduce downtime. Work along with the development team to elevate and fix intricate technical problems pertaining to RPA bots and procedures. To find and fix any problems or irregularities, regularly audit and inspect RPA bots. For future reference, keep a record of all support actions, fixes, and modifications performed to RPA procedures. Outside of usual business hours, offer on-call assistance in the event of emergencies or significant system outages. Support the testing and verification of fresh RPA innovations and enhancements. Provide end users with instruction on RPA best practices and tools. To improve support capabilities, keep abreast of the most recent RPA trends, technologies, and best practices. When working with RPA systems and data, follow company policies, procedures, and security guidelines. Requirements: a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar discipline. Demonstrated expertise in technical support roles such as RPA support. A solid grasp of RPA tools like PowerAutomate and UiPath. The ability to design and troubleshoot RPA using scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript). Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. The capacity to efficiently prioritise activities and operate independently throughout IST hours and night shifts. Strong communication abilities to engage with stakeholders and effectively communicate technical details. A readiness to work nights in accordance with US time zones Preferred Requirements: One or more RPA certifications from accredited suppliers. Knowledge with issue management ticketing systems. Knowledge of DevOps procedures and Agile approaches. Familiarity with the ITIL framework for managing IT services.
