RPA Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist for RPA systems and processes during the night shift at Capgemini Invent, your main responsibilities will include providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for RPA systems, monitoring RPA robots and automated processes, responding to alerts and notifications regarding system failures, errors, or performance issues, investigating and diagnosing technical issues related to RPA software, collaborating with development teams, documenting support tickets and resolutions, performing routine maintenance tasks, and providing training and guidance to end-users on using RPA tools and troubleshooting basic issues. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for RPA systems and processes during the night shift - Monitor RPA robots and automated processes to ensure smooth operations and identify any issues or errors - Respond to alerts and notifications regarding system failures, errors, or performance issues, and take appropriate action to resolve them - Investigate and diagnose technical issues related to RPA software, scripts, configurations, and integrations - Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues and bugs - Document and track support tickets, resolutions, and system performance metrics - Perform routine maintenance tasks and updates on RPA systems during non-business hours to minimize disruptions - Provide training and guidance to end-users on using RPA tools and troubleshooting basic issues Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field - Proven experience in providing technical support for RPA systems and processes, preferably in a night shift role - Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and technologies, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism - Proficiency in troubleshooting RPA software, scripts, configurations, and integrations - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues - Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required - Certification in RPA technologies (e.g., UiPath Certification) is a plus,
