Job Description

We are looking for a skilled RPA Lead with 7-11 years of experience to join our team in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and process improvement.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement automated processes using RPA tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and process improvement.
Develop and maintain documentation of automated processes and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated processes.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Provide training and support to end-users on automated processes.

Job Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in RPA implementation and management.
Strong knowledge of RPA tools and technologies.
Experience in process analysis and process improvement.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
