RPA Lead

As an RPA Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers to successfully deliver automation solutions aligned with business objectives. You will also provide support to the Sales & Pre-Sales team by offering insights to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions, ensuring high-quality implementations. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to identify automation opportunities and define solution architecture. - Oversee junior RPA developers, offering mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance. - Maintain and optimize RPA frameworks to comply with best practices and coding standards. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and support RPA solutions for operational efficiency. - Coordinate integration of RPA solutions with IT and other business systems. - Document RPA processes and create technical documentation for end-users. - Keep abreast of the latest RPA technologies and incorporate them into solutions. - Lead and support Pre-Sales activities, validate technical proposals, manage BA Team, and assist the sales team with PoCs and other business opportunities. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in RPA or software development. - Proven leadership and project management experience with RPA teams. - Strong expertise in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, SAP BPA/BTP, etc. - Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, Java), SQL, and API integration. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Certifications in RPA tools are an added advantage. Desired Skills: - Proficiency in RPA technologies such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere. - Programming skills in Python, C#, Java, Process Analysis, and Project Management. - Strong documentation and process optimization abilities. - Capability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
