Responsibilities

3 to 7 years of experience in RPA development.
Hands-on experience in at least one major RPA platform (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, process design, and solution architecture.
Experience integrating RPA solutions with REST/SOAP APIs, databases (SQL/Oracle), ERP/CRM systems, etc.
Experience in process mining, AI/ML integration with RPA, or document understanding tools.
Experience working in a COE setup or building RPA solutions across multiple domains.
Experience in handling Orchestrator, Control Room, or Robot Management Platforms.
Experience with Power BI is a Plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodology, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines for bot deployments.
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, Python, or Java).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying bots in cloud environments.
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism.
Create and maintain solution documentation, including process design documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), and user manuals.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and support deployed bots in production environments.
Ensure quality and compliance with coding standards and RPA governance policies.
Optimize and enhance existing automation workflows for performance and efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
