Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy

  RPA solutions

  and non-RPA scripting solutions (

  C#, VB.Net, SQL, JavaScript

  ) to drive operational efficiency.
• Manage

  end-to-end RPA activities

  , including analyzing workflows, suggesting automation opportunities, designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions.
• Provide

  solution design

  and technical guidance to stakeholders during POCs, deployment, and project execution.
• Modify and optimize

  robot code

  during implementation as needed.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve runtime automation issues; create error-handling mechanisms for seamless execution.
• Document

  RPA best practices

  , configure new automation processes, and ensure workflows are efficient, maintainable, and easy to understand.
• Plan, create, and execute

  testing procedures

  ; validate test scenarios to ensure quality and stability.
• Stay updated with

  latest RPA technologies

  and enhancements, such as new UiPath features and AI-driven automation, and implement them into projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  Minimum

  1+ years

  of hands-on experience with

  UiPath, OpenRPA, OpenBots, Power Automate

  , or similar automation platforms.
• Familiarity with

  various automation types

  , including Excel, web, databases, REST APIs, and image-based automation.
• Proficiency in

  ReFramework

  is a strong advantage.
• Solid background in programming (

  VB, C#, .NET, SQL

  ) and relational database management.
• Hands-on experience with

  Orchestrator Queues, BOT deployment, release management

  , and Control Room operations.
• Experience automating

  web applications, desktop applications, PDF extraction, and Excel-based workflows

  .
• Knowledge of

  attended, unattended, and hybrid RPA automation

  models.
• Capable of identifying

  RPA opportunities

  and preparing

  Solution Design Documents (SDD)

  .
• Exposure to

  AI-integrated automation
