Description

The RO, RE, RM - Housing Loans position is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of housing loan applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients while adhering to all regulatory and internal guidelines.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and process housing loan applications from clients.
Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk analysis of applicants.
Provide guidance to clients on loan products and terms.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Maintain accurate records of all applications and approvals.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline loan processing.
Assist in the development of marketing strategies for housing loans.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-9 years of experience in housing loans or related financial services.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of housing loan products and the lending process.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
