Responsibilities: Engagement with Channel partners and acquiring Distributors and Dealers for new launch products: Identifying potential channel partners for small kitchen appliances(Nutri Blender, Kettle and Egg Boilers and many more products in pipeline) Customer Assistance: Assist customers in selecting and purchasing kitchen appliances, understanding their needs and preferences. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our product portfolio, including features, benefits, and pricing. Demonstration: Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, showcasing how our appliances solve their needs. Sales Process: Process customer orders, manage payments, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building strong customer relationships. Sales Targets: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives. Product Updates: Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends. Follow Procedures: Adhere to company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Any Graduate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. Basic computer skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
