Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and market share in kitchen appliances.
Manage and grow distributor/dealer networks across the region.
Lead and motivate a team of sales executives or representatives.
Build strong relationships with retail partners, channel partners, and institutional clients.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments for product expansion.
Monitor competitors activities and market trends and provide actionable insights.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs to senior management.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand visibility.
Ensure customer satisfaction and manage escalations effectively.
Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of proven sales experience in kitchen appliances,
Strong dealer/distributor management experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Target-driven with a strong sales acumen.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in both B2B and B2C sales.
Knowledge of regional markets and customer preferences.
Ability to launch and scale new products in the market.
