Job Summary:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Pulses and Namkeen products.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand distribution.
  • Ensure consistent product visibility, placement, and availability at retail and wholesale outlets.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to stay competitive.
  • Execute promotional activities and product sampling to increase brand awareness.
  • Manage order booking, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the reporting manager.
  • Resolve customer queries and maintain strong client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with logistics and production teams for timely supply and stock management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum

    13 years

    of experience in FMCG sales (preferably in Pulses, Spices, or Namkeen).
  • Strong understanding of

    retail and wholesale markets in Rajasthan

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    .
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp reporting, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Qualification:

    Graduate in any discipline

    (MBA preferred).
  • Own vehicle

    preferred for field visits.
