Job Summary:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Pulses and Namkeen products.
Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand distribution.
Ensure consistent product visibility, placement, and availability at retail and wholesale outlets.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to stay competitive.
Execute promotional activities and product sampling to increase brand awareness.
Manage order booking, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the reporting manager.
Resolve customer queries and maintain strong client satisfaction.
Coordinate with logistics and production teams for timely supply and stock management.

Requirements:

Minimum
13 years
of experience in FMCG sales (preferably in Pulses, Spices, or Namkeen).
Strong understanding of
retail and wholesale markets in Rajasthan
.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp reporting, Google Sheets, etc.).
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
(MBA preferred).
Own vehicle
preferred for field visits.
