Area Sales Manager - Retail

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales operations across retail outlets and ensure strong market presence.
• Experience in Primary and Secondary Sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets while operating within the approved marketing budget.
• Plan and execute periodic trade promotions to drive product visibility and sales.
• Collaborate closely with retailers to address queries, resolve complaints, and strengthen relationships.
• Represent the company as a brand ambassador in the market and actively work to enhance brand awareness.
• Stay updated on competitor activities, schemes, and market movements to support strategic decision-making.
• Actively follow up with distributors to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain long-term, productive relationships with distributors to support sustained business growth.
• Prepare and share monthly sales status reports with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline with

  810 years of relevant experience

  in the

  Alco-Bev industry

  .
• Strong knowledge of working with

  local excise departments / RSBCL

  .
• Willingness to travel extensively as required.
• Assertive, confident, proactive, and strongly result-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills with a pleasing and professional personality.
