About The Job We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated React JS Developer with significant WordPress experience to join our growing team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance, user-friendly web applications, with a focus on integrating front-end React.js applications with the WordPress CMS. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and backend developers, to deliver seamless and engaging digital experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end development best practices and WordPress : Front-End Development Develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications using React JS. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Implement user interfaces and components following best practices. Optimize applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability. WordPress Development And Integration Integrate React JS front-end applications with WordPress, leveraging WordPress as a headless CMS or in a traditional setup. Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins to support dynamic content and application functionality. Work with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) or similar tools to manage content within WordPress. Collaboration And Communication Collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into functional code. Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless data flow and API integration. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency. Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical and Debugging : Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure a smooth and optimal user experience. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and other technical challenges. Continuous Learning Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in React JS, WordPress development, and web technologies. Proactively seek opportunities to improve skills and knowledge. What You Bring Technical Skills : 5+ years of professional experience in React JS development. Strong expertise in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with integrating with third-party APIs. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with Git or other version control systems. Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively. Bonus Skills (Preferred) Experience with modern front-end build tools such as Webpack and Babel. Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux.
