Job Description

Looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' needs and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing linens, restocking amenities, and replacing soap.
Ensure all rooms meet established health and safety protocols.
Develop and maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Familiarity with cleaning and maintenance procedures is an asset.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel management systems are desirable.
