What you’ll be doing:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior / Lead RPA Developer with a strong background in Microsoft Power Automate to work with the Robotic Process Automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader, mentor, and hands-on developer, responsible for designing, building, and deploying robust and scalable automation solutions using Power Automate and the broader Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to guide a team towards successful automation outcomes.



What will be your responsibilities:

RPA Strategy & Design:

  • Lead the analysis of business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess their feasibility and potential ROI.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to gather detailed requirements and define automation scope.
  • Architect end-to-end RPA solutions, leveraging Power Automate Desktop flows, Cloud flows, and other Power Platform components (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI).
  • Design robust, scalable, and maintainable automation workflows, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

Development & Implementation:

  • Hands-on development of complex RPA solutions using Power Automate.
  • Integrate Power Automate solutions with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure) and third-party systems via APIs and custom connectors.
  • Oversee and conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Manage the deployment of automated processes to production environments and provide ongoing monitoring and support.

Documentation & Governance:

  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution design documents, process definitions, and support guides.
  • Establish and enforce RPA development guidelines, best practices, and governance frameworks.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA, Power Automate, and the Power Platform, evaluating new features and tools for potential adoption.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with business users, IT teams, and management regarding project status, challenges, and solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Power Automate and RPA within the organization.


  • Coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at the company.


What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 6+ years focused on Robotic Process Automation.
  • Proven experience leading RPA development projects and mentoring junior developers.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud flows) is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with the broader Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI).
  • Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, VBScript.
  • Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP).
  • Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate certification is highly desirable.
