RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to identify automation opportunities and develop RPA strategies.
• Monitor and report on the performance of RPA solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Carry out software development and support of RPA applications as per the direction of team leaders and Project Managers.
• Understand Functional Specification Documentation and other related documents.
• Interact with business users to understand the scope of work.
• Perform unit and integration testing.
• Develop and maintain documentation for the work done to ensure effective handovers and knowledge transfers.
• Adhere to standard and quality practices.

Requirements:

• Experience in RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, MS SQL, SQL (Oracle)
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, RPA tools and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to interact with business users and team members.
