Roles And Responsibilities

Preparation and rolling out of policies to relevant stakeholders.
Continuous monitoring of the portfolio to decide on the risk actionable.
Analyzing various MIS, data maintenance for analysis and summarising it into meaningful and structured manner for interpretation.
Working closely with backend data science team for campaign management
Interacting with cross functional teams and driving the credit policy agenda along with ensuring correct implementation of the same in systems.

Core Competencies

Policy formulation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent hands on Microsoft PPT and Excel skills.
Good Presentation skills.

Educational Qualifications

CA / MBA (from reputed institution)

Experience:

3+ Years in bank in Secured credit risk management environment.
