Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio performance tracking, monitoring, and reporting
• Develop and maintain portfolio analytics dashboards and insights
• Monitoring Early Warning Signals (EWS) and implementing preventive actions
• Support formulation and execution of collections strategy to minimize credit losses
• Working knowledge and management of

  ECL (Expected Credit Loss)

  models and

  ICAAP (Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process)

• Interpret and ensure compliance with credit bureau reporting frameworks
• Support regulatory compliance, including adherence to NHB (National Housing Bank) reporting guidelines
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Risk, Credit, Collections, Finance, and Technology
• Provide actionable insights to leadership for strengthening credit risk controls and business performance

Key Requirements

• Minimum

  5+ years

  of experience in credit risk, portfolio analytics, or related functions in BFSI/ Housing Finance/ NBFC sector
• Strong understanding of retail lending portfolios, preferably housing finance
• Experience with

  EWS

  , collections monitoring, and credit risk processes
• Hands-on exposure to

  ECL models

  and

  ICAAP

  frameworks
• Understanding of

  credit bureau reporting

  and regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with

  NHB guidelines

  is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, dashboarding tools (Power BI / Tableau) preferred

Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and present to senior management
