The MEP Design Engineer / Senior Engineer (Civil) will ensure efficient coordination between design consultants, internal teams, and clients for the development, review, and approval of MEP designs. The role supports both the design and execution phases of MEP systems in EPC projects, helping ensure compliance, timely delivery, and quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design Coordination: Coordinate with external design consultants for timely delivery of MEP drawings and inputs. Review and validate MEP design drawings for compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. Support internal teams in securing timely approvals from clients, addressing feedback effectively. Ensure clear communication of design changes and project requirements to all stakeholders. Track design changes, validation feedback, and ensure closure as per client expectations and project timelines. 2. MEP Execution Support: Develop detailed MEP installation plans in collaboration with project execution teams. Monitor on-site execution of MEP works, ensuring alignment with approved designs, quality, safety, and schedule requirements. Address site issues related to MEP systems and support post-project handover and client servicing. 3. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain drawing logs and version control for all MEP-related documentation. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements in all MEP drawings and communications. Facilitate structured distribution and archiving of all design documentation. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Experience: 6–10+ years in MEP design and coordination, preferably within an EPC or infrastructure-focused construction firm.
