Risk and Research We at iRage are an agile, young bunch. You will get to solve some extremely challenging engineering problems and shape the future of the fast paced Algo-Trading industry while working alongside other exceptional programmers, quants and traders. Role Summary – Risk Analyst As a Risk professional you will monitor trends or changes in the behaviour of our trading strategies across all markets and asset classes during the market trading. You Will Also Be Building and enhancing existing processes to generate daily reports. Work on state of the art tools and frameworks to improve operational efficiency of the teamDevelop transaction and portfolio monitoring systems to track and report daily changes to positioning and risk measures.Tracking external developments in the market and figure risks that could apply to our trading operations.Analysing, interpreting, and summarizing performance data and analyzing results to identify key takeaways and make actionable recommendations to tradersMonitoring and Enhancing the existing PnL processes and other MIS reportsWorking closely with traders and management on ad-hoc projects. Required Skill Set Basic awareness of financial markets and fundamentals.Ability to analyse ad-hoc risks and support all respective teams to resolve them.Strong in Python or R. Confidence in data analysis using these tools is a must.
