Rewards Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Design & Implementation:

• Develop and manage reward and recognition programs including milestone/long service awards, spot awards, monthly individual and team awards and yearly individual and team awards.
• Collaborate with HRBP and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure Reward & Recognition program is aligned as per policy.
• Oversee the development and implementation of policy and tool enhancements.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis and employee feedback.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track participation, impact and ROI, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.

• Communication & Engagement:

• Create engaging communication campaigns to promote recognition programs.

• Vendor & Budget Management:

• Liaise with external vendors for program delivery (e.g., merchandise, platforms).
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective program execution.

• Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend enhancements to existing programs based on feedback and benchmarking.

Qualifications

• :Master's degree in Human Resources (full-time)
• .6–7 years of experience in HR with a focus on Rewards and Recognition, or Total Benefits
• .Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools
• .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
