Rewards Manager

Role Overview: As the Rewards Manager at Dar, an international consulting organization under the Sidara group, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and administration of reward programs within the assigned region. Your primary focus will be to ensure that compensation and benefits practices are competitive, equitable, and compliant with local regulations. You will collaborate closely with global reward teams to align regional strategies with global guidelines and customize them to suit local market conditions. Your responsibilities will include managing the administration of compensation and benefits programs, conducting market analysis and benchmarking, working with HR business partners and regional leadership, and developing data analytics and reporting tools to monitor regional reward trends and metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, implementation, and administration of reward programs in the assigned region. - Ensure compensation and benefits practices are competitive, equitable, and compliant with local regulations. - Collaborate with global reward teams to align regional strategies with global guidelines. - Manage the administration of compensation and benefits programs. - Conduct market analysis and benchmarking. - Work with HR business partners and regional leadership. - Develop data analytics and reporting tools to monitor regional reward trends and metrics. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a regional or country-specific role. - Strong understanding of regional compensation practices, regulations, and market trends. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. - Certification in compensation or a related field is considered a plus.
