• Manage daily hotel and villa reservation enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional guest assistance.
• Handle direct bookings, villa enquiries, and reservation confirmations across all properties.
• Oversee OTA listings (Booking.com, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, etc.) including inventory updates, rate parity, content accuracy, and promotions.
• Implement revenue and pricing strategies based on demand patterns, occupancy forecasts, competition analysis, and seasonal trends.
• Coordinate with property teams for seamless reservation flow and guest experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and channel partners to drive conversions.
• Track booking data, cancellations, lead times, and revenue metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify new sales opportunities, revenue gaps, and areas to enhance property positioning across platforms.
• 1–2 years of experience in hotel reservations, OTA management, or revenue management (Uttarakhand market experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of OTA dashboards, rate mapping, promotions, and channel manager operations.
• Good grasp of pricing strategy, competitor benchmarking, and occupancy optimization.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Familiarity with reservation systems, PMS, and booking platforms.
