Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Reservation Executive to handle sales, reservations, and client relationship management across our hotel and villa portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality sector, particularly in managing sales within the Uttarakhand market, and possess strong communication skills to engage with guests, travel agents, and partners effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple hotel sales and reservation calls daily, ensuring prompt and professional service.
• Handle guest booking enquiries for villas and confirm reservations efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents to drive bookings and revenue.
• Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure smooth reservation processes and guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and guest communications.
• Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales and reservations (experience in the Uttarakhand market preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and booking platforms.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
